•Has Managed multi-million-pound budgets and in setting and planning future operational and capital spend.
•A proven record delivering change projects, championing innovation and new technologies to drive improvements and efficiency.
•A thought leader – regularly collaborating and sharing with the industry.
Tanya Dady
Director
•A highly competent manager with 17 years’ experience in the Water Industry, specialising in Network Optimisation and Leakage Reduction.
•Operational background with an understanding of real-world issues and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
•Specialist in Smart networks and DMA design, set up and optimisation.
•Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams (office and field) and delivering business change projects.
•Subject matter expert in condition assessment and investment planning for mains replacement.
•Passionate about driving innovation and collaboration in the Water Industry.
Siân Evans
Smart Water Specialist
•A highly competent Analyst with 7 years’ experience in the Water Industry, specialising in Leakage Reporting and Smart Networks.
• Subject matter expert in the analysis, reporting and auditing of water company performance commitments.
•Specialist in Smart networks - optimising and training AI solutions.
•Experience of leading teams of Analysts and Network Modelling specialists.
•Power BI specialist with the skills to turn data into useful insights.
•Passionate about the water sustainability and the environment.
